We always try our best to make sure that all the information on our website, including descriptions of products and their listed prices, are accurate at all times through regular updating. We are however entitled at any time to adjust product prices to take account of any increase in supplier’s prices or the imposition of any taxes/duties, or if due to an error or omission of the price published for a product is wrong. If an error does arise and subsequently effects your order, we will do our upmost to let you know and resolve this as soon as possible.
All products displayed on the website are subject to availability and we will not be liable for any losses you sustain as a result of updating or modifying our website. In the event that a listed product is no longer available, we will endeavor to offer you a suitable alternative. Unless otherwise stated, all prices for products displayed are in Euro and are inclusive of VAT.
We accept payment via PayPal and all major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. We also offer payment through bank transfer, details of which are provided at the payment stage of the order. We may accept other forms of payment including Cheques, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information prior to order. Please note, orders will not be accepted if it becomes evident prior to being dispatched and invoiced that there are material errors or omissions that should not have been present. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund any orders prior to dispatch and invoice without notice.
Depending on stock availability and the delivery address, we aim to deliver your online order within 30 days of the order date unless otherwise agreed between us. All goods must be paid for on completion of order and prior to shipping. Estimated delivery charges are listed on each product page if applicable. An exact cost for your delivery address will be displayed at the checkout. This will include mainland nationwide delivery costs for the Republic of Ireland and, delivery costs to mainland UK including Northern Ireland. On receipt of your product(s) delivered, you must check that they match your order and are not damaged in transit. If there is a problem or if the product(s) are damaged in any way, you must notify us no later than 48 hours of receiving your order. To notify us about any damaged or faulty products, please call 093-51763 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to cancel or have changed your mind about your order, we can provide a full refund up-to 14 days from delivery for all products returned with the original proof of purchase, in new and unused condition and with the original packaging. You, the consumer, are responsible for any costs incurred in the returning of the product(s) unless the product is faulty or not as described. We will refund the price paid for the item(s) via the original payment method. Where a product is out of its packaging or the seals are broken, a restocking charge will be applied. If the product(s) you purchased are faulty, we can offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.
